I received an email on my birthday (June 12th) indicating that there was a free popcorn placed on my card; however, when I went to redeem that birthday gift yesterday at a regal theater, no one in the theater could find the free small popcorn on my card.
After I purchased tickets online and giving the Regal Crown Club card (0000007992895) to go to a movie on Monday May 30, I checked later to see if I got credit. I couldn't get into my account online. In fact it doesn't even recognize my email address. I do not know what email the account is tied to, but it is definitely not recognizing mine. I have had the card for several years too. Would you please connect my account with my email : [email protected]?.

I cannot register my card and email address. Says ii am already registered, but will not accept email address. I would like to register to see if I can apply credit or tickets that were not registered at the theatre. When I took them back the manager said it would take five minutes and there was a line behind me.

My email address is in the system, but my card (0000022320830) isnt associated with it so i can use mobile app. When I enter email address ([email protected]) to register card, system doesnt recognize it. Ive been into a theatrical and they can see my email in aystem, just cant link or whatever.
Your website will not let me signup to Regal Crown Club because it says my yahoo email address does not exist. Please explain how to fix this problem.

I applied a few years ago, but never received a card so just. Forgot about it even though i was getting up dates on my email the other day i went back to the movies and got another card tried to active it, but wont go thought so if i am enrolled is there a way i can start over with this new card i have it it possible you can delete the old one.
